Please have to be sensible and remember that nobody is free from disease and therefore it is important for everyone. It was caused by people refusing vaccinations for some other conspiracy theory reason (i.e. mass sterilization.) I think it is very insensitive for her to make comments comparing the very debilitating paralysis and death that can result from polio with the somewhat milder problems autistic spectrum people deal with. I have serious problems that need support, and I'm not getting it in part because of the way many of the 'advocates' want to go and accomplish their goal, instead of asking US what would help. Talk about contradiction. My pet peeve with Jenny is that she can never tell the truth. In one interview she states that her child goes to a mainstream school. What she doesn't tell you is that the school is in her house and he is the ONLY student. How the heck is that Mainstream? Jenny McCarthy has single-handedly made it difficult for parent's like myself to get the needed services for my children. I would love to spar with her...but, one of us would have a black eye when we were done. Psssttt...my brother was a golden gloves champion, so I know boxing...
