This from a short article at Harpocrates Speaks: Washington Joins Indiana and Maryland in Revoking Mark Geier’s License.
Details on the Washington actions can be found here an the recent order here.
Three states have revoked Mark Geier’s license to practice medicine. Missouri, Illinois and Hawaii still allow him to practice.
Mark Geier promoted the idea that autism could be treated by stopping the body from producing sex hormones (in specific, testosterone) based on a scientifically implausible argument that mercury bonded to testosterone. He diagnosed children with precocious puberty in order to justify prescriptions of Lupron and similar drugs which shut down sex hormone production.

Progress is slow but steady. Be nice if they tried, convicted and jailed his non-doctor brother for practicing medicine without a license too. Small steps.
Mike, David Geier is his son, not his brother.
I knew that 🙂 Too fast to post and no edit.
It will be a great job,if he got arrested for practicing medicine without license.
I’d love it if the Geiers (daddy Mark and baby (not a doc) David) did some hard time for defrauding private insurance companies, Medicare and Medicaid.
I would hope that a parent/guardian of one of those autistic kids pushed for criminal charges against the Geiers for their *treatments* that resulted in chemical castration.
Never mind insurance fraud I believe, and openly advocated back in 2009, that the Geiers should be prosecuted for child abuse. Kathleen Seidel has reported one instance of such a prosecution in an unrelated case where Lupron was used questionably if not frivolously.

To Gei-err is human…
This is, however, very welcome news.
